Breakfast: the right start to the day is essential if you want to enjoy Tenerife. That is why here at the Hotel Gala you can try freshly-baked pastries, savour a wide variety of tropical fruit juices or taste our special dishes. Everything you need to gather your strength.

• Breakfast is served from 7.30 to 10.30 in the morning.

Show Cooking: lunch and dinner are a show at the Hotel Gala. Thanks to the skill of our chefs, you can enjoy the cooking while you think about what dishes to choose. Begin with a fresh salad or an original starter, then move on to meat or seafood prepared with a view to bringing out all its flavour, to our guests’ taste at all times.
